POLICIES:

Newfound Gardens guarantees your tuber to have a visible eye, and be true to the variety purchased.

Please inspect your tubers upon arrival and contact me at Newfoundgardens22@gmail.com within 3 days of your order arriving if you have any concerns.  

I practice sanitization between cutting each plant, and any plants that are suspected of disease are culled.  All plants appeared healthy when grown and harvested. However virus/disease may be dominant for years before showing visible signs and therefor Newfound Gardens does not guarantee virus or disease free tubers. As with anything in nature, once a plant goes into the ground it is susceptible to bug pressure, rot, virus/disease. Newfoundgardens is not responsible for tubers once they are in your possession.

DAHLIA TUBER SHIPPING:

I am currently only shipping within the USA.  All orders will be shipped using USPS mail. FLAT RATE shipping fee of $12 regardless of how many tubers you purchase. Tubers will start shipping out starting Monday 3/24 as long as temperatures are above freezing, and continue though early April.
Additional Shipping options :

1) FREE SHIPPING for orders over $100. Shipping cost of $12 is automatically deducted for all orders over $100 at the time of checkout. If your cart total is over $100
2) Free local pick up is listed as a shipping option. You must SELECT IT at time of check out. Click on Free local pick up. You will see 3 pickup options and must email me your choice of pick up date.

3) I am offering combined shipping. You must pay the $12 shipping cost on your first order. You then need to enter the code “COMBINESHIP” at the time of checkout of all additional orders placed. The shipping will be deducted with the use of the code. If you do not use the code at time of you additional orders I will not be able to refund it later.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW ABOUT YOUR CART

An item placed in your cart does not mean that item is reserved. Your order is only confirmed once you checkout and receive an order confirmation number and email. I am a small grower and many of the “unicorn” varieties will just have just a very few extras to sell

It is possible that some varieties may sell out before you are able to checkout.

Newfound Gardens is not responsible for dahlia tubers once they are delivered.  It is your responsibility to properly store your tuber until planting and provide adequate growing conditions.  Newfound garden’s is not responsible for rot or poor growth.
